Pulling the girl bi-ped

So we've gotten into this new habit...at the end of the day we leave the place she calls 'work' and go to this other place.  Sometimes, when it's raining outside we just take a nap for an hour or so in the car while the girl goes into this little building for her 'work out' which kinda makes no sense because she's inside.

But since it's been nice out...she seems to need us to pull her around the building as we run.  She puts a leash on us...wraps the other end around her waist...then off we go.  Problem is...she slows us down...she can't seem to keep up with us.  I think she calls this 'jogging'

Maybe after more practice she will be able to keep up...

Best trick EVER

I don't know how you taught these dogs to point out their poo...but it's the best trick ever.  Sole seems much better at it...Losi is good, but more subtle about it.

Kevin was responsible for the dogs this morning...he mis labeled the boys...then, when caught, tried to convince me I was wrong...

Valentines day

Exciting day...

We woke up to this awesome white stuff in the back yard...

Then...SURE the roads were fine, the girl bi ped loaded us into the orange car and headed to the dog park to play in the snow.

We made it all the way to the dog park...well almost all the way...there's one big last hill...that was slippery...just as the girl bi ped decided to stop and park at the top of the hill...we slid a little...then turned sideways and slid some more...

We finally stopped...parked and walked down to the dog park and had so much fun!

Then the boy bi ped had to come save us...so we got into his truck and left..

Note: no hounds, Hasleys, or Hondas were harmed in this story.

But...yeah...the honda kinda slid...sideways...down a hill...luckily I was able to get it out of the middle of the road and park on the side in front of someone's house...

Yeah I was the dumbass that got the car stuck.  Luckily the people in the house video taped it..that was nice of the...looking out the window with their iPhone raised...laughing.  Hopefully they post the video to Facebook with #lookatthisdumbass so I can find it.

The safest thing to do was leave it there...it's still pretty snow covered...but supposed to be 40 and rainy tomorrow...so I'm going to have someone run me out there tomorrow to get it.

I repeat...no Hondas, hounds or Hasleys we're harmed in this incident.  It's more funny than anything...I'm that dumbass...

All in all it was a pretty good weekend for dog romps...

Saturday we met the black, fuzzy, nervous Teton...

We had a 'who's the prettiest black dog' romp-off

He wimped out quickly...so I won right.

Sunday we got to chase ducks again in the lake...
